How do I start PASS100?
- Log in to My with your TrustOpen student ID and password.
- Find PASS100 in your course list and open it.
- Begin with Module 1: Welcome to TrustOpen.
- Complete the lessons and quizzes in order.
How is my progress saved?
Your progress is saved automatically as you complete lessons, pass quizzes, and submit assessments. Progress is stored in your browser for the current device — using the same browser and device keeps everything in sync.
How do I earn the Starter Certificate?
- Complete Modules 1, 2, and 3.
- Complete all six simulation activities in the Starter Certificate Capstone.
- Pass the Starter Readiness Check with 80% or higher.
- Your badge is awarded automatically.
How do I earn the Full Readiness Certificate?
- Earn the Starter Certificate first.
- Complete Modules 4, 5, and 6.
- Pass the Final Readiness Check with 80% or higher.
- Submit your Personal Success Plan Portfolio.
How do I view my grades?
Go to your Dashboard Grades page. It shows every graded item in the course with your current pass/fail status.
How do I view my certificates?
Go to your Dashboard Certificates page. Both certificates and both digital badges are listed there with links to view, print, download, or share.
How do I save my Portfolio progress?
Each Portfolio part has a "Save" button at the bottom. Click Save before leaving the page. Your responses are stored for the current browser and device.
What if I need to step away for a while?
That's fine — PASS100 is fully self-paced. Your progress is saved. Return at any time and continue where you left off. If you've been away for more than a month, a quick review of Modules 1–3 is a good idea before continuing.
How do I report a problem with the course?
See the Contact Support page to find the right recipient. For technical issues, contact the IT Help Desk and include a screenshot.
