What you need to submit

  • Five content sections — an environment audit and four specific plans covering physical workspace, digital workspace, distraction management, and study routine. Each section should be a short paragraph (roughly 3–6 sentences) with specific detail rather than general intentions.
  • A reflection — a short paragraph on the one change you think will make the biggest difference, and why.
  • A self-assessment — rate your plan against four criteria. This is for your own reflection; all four must be rated.

Scoring: 100 points total, 80 to pass. You can return to this page and update your answers before submitting, and you can resubmit if you do not pass.

Self-Assessment Rubric

Rate your plan against four criteria. This is for your reflection — all four must be rated to earn the assessment's 10 self-assessment points, but the ratings themselves do not affect your score. Be honest with yourself.

Specificity

Does my plan include concrete, specific actions with clear detail?

Realism

Does my plan fit my actual life, schedule, and constraints?

Connectedness

Does my plan address my specific study needs and barriers?

Reflection

Have I thought carefully about what will make the biggest difference?

✓ Saved

When you are ready, submit your plan. You will receive your score with a section-by-section breakdown. If you do not pass, you can return, add detail, and resubmit.
